big hugs to you especially about the glove. it's a very sentimental thing to have lost. if you ever pick up knitting or know anyone who does, i hope you/they can create a new pair.
thanks but i think the glove was more symbolic than functional. still i appreciate the thought
oh no no. i meant i know it cant be replaced. but if you could have a new pair maybe that would honor the old one. (i get what you mean regardless)
decided not to link directly to hshop so the corporate feudal analytics bots that keep getting sicced on neocities can't find it. loose links, ship sinks.
What you were saying about the Hshop not being available on the Unistore is probably because they don't want to associate themselves with piracy.
probably. little do they know nintendo would come for them just as hard. fortunately nintendo is trying to pretend the whole DS line never existed right now.
thank you so much! i love your site as well, but i'm pretty bad about updating my neighbour wall :P
dolphin-emu, scummVM, Linux, Sourcehut, Wikimedia Commons, THE FCUNIKG UNITED NATIONS, but not neocities. noooo. "Come on in, make yourselves at home," says kyle as he gets picked apart by the swarm of mechanical scarabs.
[sorry for over-commenting if so]i think all of us moots need to prepare for the day that neocities gets shut down, and start linking to alternative sites... but there doesnt seem to be viable alternatives so far
@limovars neocities might be a bad option... but everything else is worse. i hate the future, im just so tired.
What's the consensus on Nekoweb? Been considering transferring over to there.
@wanillaberry: I get the sense that Nekoweb has slightly better premium features for cheaper, though the userbase definitely skews much younger. May or may not consider it, though I think they’re a lot more prohibitive of adult content.
nekoweb's draconian SFW rules are what's keeping me away. not that i have loads of NSFW content, but that i'm particularly opposed to having webhosts and CDN's playing morality police. see also matt mullenweg, owner of tumblr.
might have to just go straight to buying a domain name and just self-hosting from a home server tbh
