plus its like. if people seriously wanted ai datacentres, google wouldnt be establishing shell corporations and getting datacentres built before anyone knows about it and its too late to stop it.
Recently, I heard of some tech companies re-hiring employees for writing their relatively menial code because it ended up being cheaper than paying for AI tokens. I think if the semi-decent models continue being too expensive and the cheap ones continue to spew out garbage, companies might start to turn around. Obviously the situation still sucks but maybe a little hope of the bubble bursting
