let me reiterate something. using generative AI for ANY REASON AT ALL (even to solve a minor CSS or javascript problem) means you used generative AI. especially when you're part of the no-ai webring, that's one hell of a bait-and-switch.
"i only used whatever.ai to generate a tiny small portion of one line of code" great, yeah, that still means i have to view all your content as suspicious now. gtfo
I have a hard time imagining simultaneously holding staunch enough AI stances to be in a webring opposing it, while also flippantly using it for a solution that can easily be gotten elsewhere for something like a personal website. odd to see.

can't believe there are people who don't understand this??? Like just don't use it.

just look it up normally and end up on w3schools or something. or, you could steal code. i consider that more ethical than using AI
it's very black and white. you either do use gen ai, or you don't
im sorry about the "gtfo". i have very strong feelings about generative ai and they got in the way
nah dont be sorry about the gtfo, you are absolutely right, screw generative AI
