IFS is really good stuff. Self-trust goes a long way, especially for reaching that moment of connecting with an exile- I swear that's the hard part, getting to that point. You've done something to be proud of here.

Wrote a short story about the inner transformation that has wholly occupied my mind, body, and psyche for more almost two weeks now.
