hey how do you guys put like code and stuff within a transparent image? like in other words, using an image as a frame for a div container or whatever. i have a cool png i wanted to use but idk how to lol

okay i tried to find a site that utilizes it bcs i visited one Recently (that similarly used a png of a program window) but i couldnt find it or one similar so hopefully this image i made helps haha? https://imgur.com/mk4AkWa

would anyone be interested if i put up some coding templates for people to use? for widgets such as my music autoplay, scrolling buttons, etc. i'm sure it's easy to copy/paste from digging through the source code but i think it would be fun to have a page that could help other people. does anyone have requests for stuff i could drop on a tutorial page? (i won't do my site layout as a whole, just lil parts)
