Hi. Here's something I forgot to mention earlier: Some time ago you asked me about bands that had a similar sound to A Flock of Seagulls. I don't know if you saw the reply in the thread, but rbuchanan recommended that you try out the first four albums by Thompson Twins. I thought you might be interested in this info if you missed it earlier.

Back when I took photography at college I learned it's an idea to keep your stock of film in a fridge. The first and last shots usually have issues from my experience. And, I always used to push the end of the film into the cylinder (I doubt it's an issue)!

You can always squeeze in a few extra frames, I've gotten 40 shots from a 36 exp roll. Hope you have a lot of fun.

my grandpa once gave me his old polaroid from the 60s/70s, but i've never actually used it (films are too expensive for those) but i really wanted to take some photos with it.

What is your thesis about?

A research on using neural networks to transform 2-dimensional photos into 3-dimensional scenes. I think it was the only available topic for me because all the other supervisors had no slots left. but. My supervisor wants me to do a crapton of stuff, and apparently he wants to use it in some piece of software that his company produces.

Thanks! \(￣︶￣*\)) Yes, that's a map that features labels in Braille alphabet. I'm not an expert in accessibility, but the paths drawn with dots of the same size as in the labels, combined with the "3D" aspect of the map, don't look like they make reading it easier for blind people...

I'm currently working on reworking my layout, found at https://saint-images.neocities.org/new_beta/index.html (only index, thoughts and about me are ready so far). I'm trying to keep the same overall feeling, but tidier and cuter. I like it so far, but I want to know what do *you* think. Thank you.

Looks good, have you thought about making it mobile friendly? Your design looks pretty easy to adapt. CSS @media queries aren't super hard to learn. (also, tuturu~)

awesome! I'm glad you got a film camera! That looks like a decent little camera & its size means you'll have it with you more often when a nice opportunity for a photo comes up. I only use film myself but my old SLR was too bulky to take with me, once I got a compact camera I take it with me all the time. Looking forward to your photos.

Thank you! My current main digital camera is actually very bulky, which is why I miss out on a lot of opportunities. As for the film, I found a few locations that sell and scan film, yet only one of them develops it, so I might have to learn to do it myself should they ever go out of business. Can't wait till it arrives!
