They need to invent a way to add new entries to a gallery page that doesn't feel like pulling teeth. (I use IRFANVIEW to make my galleries on some of my other sites - you just select everything, right click and "save as HTML" and it'll do it all for you - but adding new images after the fact requires doing the whole process over again).

It's not updating a gallery I have issues with, but it gets exhausting to compress files, upload to NC, code, then upload it. And my gallery template is too bloated to add more to, but I don't have the time and energy to fiddle with a new template or make one.

I'm genuinely so happy to hear about all the awesome irl stuff you've been up to, Capy :) often i go offline and feel like i do so much, and come back to the online spaces and realise that everyone is rehashing the exact same arguments & nonsense as if no time has past lmaoooo always puts things into perspective for me.

I'm still struggling, but the internet makes it worse and outside spaces weed out "online 24/7" types. The cycle ended up repeating the day after I published this, I was at the club on Friday and woke up to someone leaving a rude comment in my inbox elsewhere... Thanks for proving my point!

read through your recent longer entries - just want to say i completely empathize with feeling kind of paralyzed due to having to update everything manually... it does help moving to databases and having a few scripts for importing, way more chill. heavily agreed with online interactions feeling like parenting also
