Decided this gets its own post because it gives me good brain worms and it makes me happy and warm: Tyler is officially autistic! Makes more sense everytime I think about it. He’s SO OBVIOUSLY had it since the beginning when I made him which is so funny to me, and it wasn’t even intentional.. love him so very much.

Just started reading Mesons Poppy; liking the style of it and very curious to see where it goes. Nowhere near the end, just wanted to say that I'm liking it. Curious what the meaning of the light behind Poppy's head is. Noticed that the STARSTAR characters have similar red stars in front of them and I feel like there's some sort of symbolism there.

I'm so glad you're enjoying it so far! This series is full of symbolism (some easier to find than others) and lots of metaphors/different meanings. Also so glad and heartwarmed this has inspired you to try and make a comic! If you ever need advice, I'll be glad to give some <3 I've learned a lot from working on this+from other friends who also do/want to do comics.

Hi, I have a sorta odd question ig. Is Tyler autistic? I am and he reminds me of myself in some of the ways he acts. I won't be offended lol, just curious. Star Star is so good, I wish I had a physical copy. Also, the bg on the characters page is white, so u gotta highlight to see the text.

That's not an odd question at all! Tyler is not autistic, but if you wish to think that he is, I wouldn't mind at all! Mesons Poppy/STARSTAR characters are free to be messed around with(respectfully) and I wouldn't mind selfprojection onto them :) . If you wish to keep a physical copy, I wouldn't mind you printing them out! If MP/SS ever gets to a certain point, I might print it one day. But for now, it's an idea.

(appearently neocities has a word limit) As for the character page, it's not supposed to be white, but I'll be getting on to fixing that! The background appears on my end, but it's probably due for a background change anyways. Thanks for letting me know!

IDK why I post the update here. I'm unsure if you guys follow my comic, but if you do; thank you sooo much(genuinely). Keeping up with this thing in extreme heat is difficult, but once winter/spring begins, it will be better for me to draw :)

I AM SO BEHIND ON UPDATES. I am so sorry everyone. But on sunday+monday i'll post all of the missing updates! When I fall behind, it gets really bad so I am so sorry. But on monday, chapter6 of MESONS' POPPY/STARSTAR will conclude and chapter7 will begin! So keep a lookout ^_^
