It's getting to that time of year when it's too hot for me. Over did it on Saturday and have been feeling tired ever since, though yesterday was worse than today.

The irony of it is when secondary schools in Britain forced girls to bake bread in school is that they would've had a lot of stick from their teachers if they produced crap bread. Now, it seems acceptable.

Decent bread seems to be a difficult thing to come by these days. It's either full of holes, disintegrates or unfilling. The worst is brown bread that has seeds in it - they put the seeds in to make buyers think it's decent bread but when you get it it's like eating grit, as well as the other problems. White bread is usually dry or full of holes and breaks apart. A good bread is dense and has a weight to it.

Cakes are the same, though with the sugar in them, folks usually tolerate crap cakes more than crap bread.

I think it goes without saying that 90% of the time I hate people. That's because 90% of the time they irritate me. Today, some prat decided to harass my dog in our garden. Fuck off...

Today, I took Max on a long walk that used to take Laddie on. (Never had the chance with Misty and Colin, and Jaffa only went on the road side once - he had arthritis and so couldn't go on long walks.) Given my knee, the dodgy muscle of my right leg and my high blood pressure, I never thought that I'd take a dog on it again.

I also like the fact that it cuts down on the dreaded plastic. I hate having lots of plastic to throw out when you buy supermarket fruit and veg.

I think Samwise would approve greatly of the fresh fruit and veg haul we got today. (Though the dwarves would probably be very sniffy at the kale - never had it before, so I don't know if I'll like it but I needed some greenery.)

Recently, I found a local shop that will deliver. Got fed up of Tesco and Morrisons messing me about because of the pandemic. Iceland delivers OK, but their range isn't enough for a diabetic. WH Smith can go hang themselves, too.

Today, I'm just playing seeing what I can get to decorate it a little. There isn't that much I can use, sadly, as the level of my character is low and I've not accumulated a lot of things yet.

So, I compromised yesterday on the Anor server and bought one of the standard houses instead of a deluxe house. (Was two golds short.) The deluxe house next door is unoccupied at the moment, so I'll make that my goal.

Since the beginning of the month, I've had to deal with a lot of fatigue. It causes me to become behind with a lot of things I intended to do. I think part of it is due to the 2nd covid jab, but it is still annoying.

I will be putting links to some youtube channels on the craft site that I've come across. Most of the stuff on youtube seems to be silly things (people making bullying videos about other youtubers, etc...), but occasionally you come across something that is nice or useful.

Yikes. The site is a lot barer than I thought.... (I think I've uploaded loads of things to pinterest and instagram, rather than to here, which has probably made me think I've uploaded more than I have.)

It's been ages since I've done any work on the craft site. It's not down to not doing any crafting - I just seem to forget to take photos of projects, edit them and upload....
