re: your latest journal post; i both relate to your writing a lot and also have had 1-2 years of actively working on the "feeling things in the body" issue (somatic therapy has been rly valuable). it's so frustrating and painful to start unraveling that thread, so sending you virtual hugs (if you're a hug person!). just wanted to share that you're not alone in this π : )

btw if anyone's confused there wasn't specifically an extra update, i'm reordering folders behind the scenes so i had to update the file links ^_^ i did put out a chapter this week tho that got shoved into another update so it's a nice bump ig!
