@siqu feels like it, of course no hard evidence can be found though. @kaiotakes no, but i have had an out-of-body experience in which i was projected above the vehicle i was in.

Wow...You too huh? I can identify with a lot of this, though personal details differ of course...Dink Smallwood was my jam back then too. Poor Quackers. Haha! My GATE classes mainly consisted of making us draw pictures after being given somewhat vague prompts. No Zener cards, but a few Rorschach blots and "hearing tests" iirc.

As for your conclusion, well...it is probably needless to say that I agree...There are other avenues of "recruitment" (i.e.: New Age "Indigo children" type camps), and it is worldwide in scope (e.g.: the work of Vyacheslav Bronnikov in Russia)...because spirits do not necessarily operate according to human borders...

picked up a thinkpad t420 from facebook market place for 40 bucks, and have installed linux mint on it cause I was feeling nostalgic

so far, I'm shocked at how usable it is with most of everything I do most days. I can watch videos at 1080p 60FPS with only a few dropped frames if I'm multitasking, can play minecraft at at least 30 FPS, and of course can do word processing and coding. That's pretty much all I do on the computer these days, so its all I need

and as expected, it has one of the best keyboards I've ever used on a laptop, as is the case with all the thinkpads I have from this era. For whatever reason, this particular keyboard feels just a bit better than the other thinkpads I've owned, however. Not sure why.

@letslearntogether I did not even remember Otis's "Time Cube" though I did vaguely remember seeing it as a child. This entire piece just came to me as if it was a transmission to my brain. even the Nietzschean eternal recurrence at the end was more an artifact of "I don't want to make a proper ending".

I am 1000% a topre convert. The HHKB layout also just makes so much more sense than the typical 65% QWERTY layout which I'm generally used to

Just got an HHKB professional classic with my holiday bonus at work, and omg it is sooo good!! Like, this is my first exposure to topre switches, but this might be my end game now. I don't think I am gonna want to use anything but topre now.
