The comments about the situation from both former and current Tumblr staff are interesting, too. Quite a lot of trans people used to work for Tumblr and still do, but they're frustrated with their own CEO and too afraid to oppose him too directly.
(☉_☉)! Thanks for this post, I had no idea about the Tumblr CEO. I only use tumblr to search up old web gifs and PNGs made by creators. Such a shame that there are people like that on Neocities >.< I'll do my best to be on a lookout
