i have schizophrenia and those types of hallucinations happened to me from time to time. hallucinations can happen to anyone, not just the severely mentally ill, they can be a result of exhaustion, drugs, isolation, an more. i recommend going over that with a doctor just to make sure it's nothing too harmful.
