cut yourself some slack and take it easy! recognizing when to take a break is difficult but vital! it doesn't have to feel frantic and busy all the time, and even if you're good at doing it fast, it's okay to take a moment or a week or umm a month away from it! your body and mind will find peace and clarity

not to whine publicly about my self inflicted website problems but I think I will soon need to undo like two day's worth of work and learn a bunch of JS because doing this by hand may actually send me out to the ol dark and scary

I appreciate it but I think I know what I need to do now that I've laid out the problem and have a method for addressing it :) kind of laying out like, what I know and what I need to know and discrete steps I can take to make it happen. I've been resistant but I'll develop programmer brain yet....
