Full-sized when on a screen on the smaller side, but when the screen is big enough I'll resize it :-)

I plan to migrate some stuff to a shrine-like directory page, but it’s so hard to find a good background… finding nice seamless wallpapers is impossible!!

Agreed !! The British Library Flickr has a good amount of the colored or patterned papers in vintage books, if that's along the lines of what you're looking for
