I sent this to taibhse a few days ago as well, but for about half a year ive been maintaining a manually curated blocklist to block AI results in image search. Due to coincidence it also works on noAI DDG's normal search results: https://codeberg.org/just_a_husk/uBlockOrigin-AI-Blocklist
It's not recommended because it adds the filter rules for all search engines, even the engines you don't use. This can cause some minor performance drops I imagine, though I haven't benchmarked it
