that is the worst picture it could have choosen anyway theres now shrines!! and by shrines i do mean shrine singular but like. anyway taynil has a shrine now! might be laggy on account of nested iframes and also afaik fullscreen doesnt work on mobile/small screens u might gotta zoom out lol

afterlifepro 2 years ago

also ignore the /Private directory thats a personal thing not part of the main site but i needed it somewhere so other ppl could access it and its super small so like. + its still a website so noone shoot me plz u can noosey if u want it wont make much sense tho

added RSS support! head to https://afterlifepro.neocities.org/?app=rssSite to see site updates, https://afterlifepro.neocities.org/?app=rssBlog to see blog posts (none yet), and https://afterlifepro.neocities.org/?app=rssMicro to see micro blogging posts (my innaine thoughts) (none yet), or theres just https://afterlifepro.neocities.org/?app=rss to see ur choices :3

afterlifepro 2 years ago

Just realised theres no "download feed" button to get the link to it so ima hook that up later :3

afterlifepro 2 years ago

the url is "https://afterlifepro.neocities.org/rss/feeds/[feed].rss" but replace [feed] with either "blog", "site", or "micro" (all without quotes)

afterlifepro 2 years ago

those links should downlaod it straight away if you want to use it for an rss reader ^^

afterlifepro 2 years ago

just pushed a new update i dont think its showing up in the feed bc i just posted this BUT there is now a button/link thing on all the rss feeds and u can right click copy link or inspect it to grab the link and stick that into ur site ^^

afterlifepro 2 years ago

extra new feature - mobile users get an annoying ass popup when theyre using a "coarse" pointer bc the site wont work ^^ they cant get rid of the popup ^^ user experience is my passion /ref

afterlifepro 2 years ago

afterlifepro 2 years ago

ngl i didnt expect this to trigger any sort of update to the dash - i was trying to get an RSS parser package working and had a load of issues and ended up deleting all my modules + package-lock.json and reinstalling/regenerating them all and then did a push bc less packages should mean less file size lol

afterlifepro 2 years ago

oh also theres a test rss file bc i wanted to get that doing a thing

hey bitches im back!!! ive been doing a little stuff on the site and its the home push!! All ive got to do is: add the rest of my ao3 works & tidy up the writing index app, add accessability settings & an rss feed (tho that may be a post v1 project thinking abt it now), comment it and put it on github, and remap my old site urls!

afterlifepro 2 years ago

im gonna work on the old site urls first bc i wanna do that and then ill get the settings menu working (themes r part of that task tho again might push them to post release) before going back to the writing thing bc that sucked lmao

GUYS *GUYYS* IM NEARLY DONE W THE MAIN PART OF IT!!! (and my it i mean recreating my site but better in react so it is better) all i gotta do is accessability settings, themes, goobers, apps, recreate old pages, tidy up the code and stick it on github, and move the old site to an archive folder where it still works!!!! it seems like a lot but tbh lots of those should only take a few days!
