I've recently been watching this anime called dirty pair and it's got some fan service but it's neat ig. only problem is that I've been watching it without subtitles and no dub so I can only assume what's going on

They do. Have a lot of side effects and long-term implications though. FIRST work on your sleep environment: keep it clean and distraction-free. And beware of any physical health conditions that may impair your sleep, and get treated for those instead of just the symptom.

@vijfsnippervijf I do gotta work on clearing off my bed more tbh. But I dont have physical health conditions other than what I've already been dealing with for 3 years! Literally only got the SSRI's because the MD wouldn't sign a school form otherwise. Once I am out of them I'm probably just not gonna go back

@devhank Thank you devhank!! I feel like you could be :) its great to have some income coming in when youre graduating. I didnt get a job until like 2 years after I graduated and I really struggled to do a lot of the things i wanted to do
