I have email notifications turned on so I did see the messages, but it's fine! This is exactly the sort of mistake I can imagine myself making too haha. Glad to hear RSS actually does work. I'd used a validator to check it and had tested subscribing to it myself, but as always was a bit paranoid I might have done something wrong.

@pix i unsubbed from mcsweeneys online rss because they post so damn much but this was a good one. i worked a corporate job for about a decade so I'm sure i have jargon artefacts in my written language

It took me getting through it 75% before I worked out what "rock" meant. Seems silly now but brain is an odd thing. I knew you were unlikely to smoke crack but just couldn't land on the right answer.

This is the first time I used google docs to grammer check my writing and it's lightyears ahead of anything Libreoffice Writer is capable of. As much as I don't like Google, I will use Google Docs to spell check my work for now on and eventually when I go through my entire story to put out as one whole epub file when it's complete and revised.
