Ahhh, it's easier said than done, but please try not to feel silly for having this emotional reaction!! It's honestly understandable that you would feel this way... sometimes I can be really competitive about the things I love too. It's not that that the other person has done or anything wrong, or you want to "show them up", but it's often rooted in like... wanting to be the best you can be!

And that desire can lead you to be really hard on yourself, which doesn't help you at all. But I hope that things improve for you too... maybe things are different in the conservatory world, but to me, you're still very long to go after your dreams. There's never a time limit on things like that too... but either way, I'm sorry and wishing the best for you! ♡♡

And I guess you're right, I'm not too old and it's not too late. There are even older people than me in conservatory who started studying their instrument only recently and they're doing great (also professionally)! I tend to think catastrophically when I get sad ... But it will pass! I already feel better thanks to your kind words. ♥️

I love the Megan Follows Anne of Green Gables movies, that tea scene is pretty iconic, I'm trying to remember any others that are iconic, I feel like I have one or two to suggest.

oh! that tea scene in Princess Diaries where she goes "shut up!". it's not very long, but it is pretty iconic. And also the many lovely tea scenes in ouran high school host club, the tea sets are animated beautifully.

when i reached the iconic tea parties section, i was like "this better include the boston tea party" :D i'm glad you did not disappoint me like that! the entire page is absolutely delightful ♥ i love that you included some recipes too! i bookmarked the earl grey shortbread recipe, will definitely be making some. tea is the most popular drink in russia btw, and i'm pretty sure i chug my own body weight in tea daily :D

maybe im just sensitive :')) bc this site is meant to be personal and made for myself but hhhhh it feels odd or well rather unpleasant to see codes i typed up myself and seeing it straight up copy pasted on someone else's page... <_> i thought it was just the design being similar so i didnt mind at first until i looked at the codes being the exact same thing so it feels really demotivating
