it is really funny how profs i consider to be the best have 3-3.9 ratings on rmp but profs i consider to be the worst have a 4+

like i appreciate a prof that teaches a difficult subject really well MUUCH better than a prof that doesn't really care about the material or teaching it to you and just dishes out EC to cover up their own incompetence

I feel like Ratemyprofessor ratings aren’t always accurate because people who had a bad experience with a class or instructor are more likely to write a review than people who had a positive experience. (This is kind of true of all review sites btw)
