I am translating the remaining 18 poems of Cantares Gallegos on my new webpage, "Translation from Galician to English of more poems from Cantares Gallegos." The link/button is found on Section/Chapter 21 of the homepage, "When I Was a Child In Ferrol."
In the "Los Canadienses (Batallón Mackenzie-Papineau" webpage I have erased all references to Dr. Nájera (Chapter 13) and the psychiatric tests he conducted on the IB prisoners at San Pedro de Cardeña.
The Index of two webpages, "Translation from Galician to English of 11 poems by Rosalía de Castro" and "Archived translations from Galician to English of poems by Rosalía de Castro," now contains an entry that permits switching from one to the other directly.

I have updated the webpage, "Los Canadienses (Batallón Mackenzie-Papineau)." Chapter 21 of the home page provides a hyperlink to it. Please note that this webpage is written in the Spanish language. Happy New Year 2020!
I have added a video of Antonio Machín in Chapter 16 ("The Radio") and I have upgraded the operetta "Bohemios" video in the news entry for July 20, 1959. I have revived a couple of deprecated hyperlinks. I have added another three movie clips in Chapter 15 of the home page, "When I Was A Child In Ferrol." I have also added two .mp3 files in Chapter 16: "Camino Verde" sung by "Los Panchos" and "Navidad" sung by Antonio Machin. Lastly I have spruced up and uncluttered the text by inserting fleurons, removing expendable hyperlinks and making neat though insignificant modifications here and there. This improvement work w

I have added another ten movie clips to Chapter 15, "The Movies," of the home page, "When I Was A Child In Ferrol." All go in the one-day movie listings of 1954-61. Furthermore I have added four movie posters where a movie clip was unavailable. I have also introduced a video each on these two webpages, "The Fourth Trumpet" and "Lenore."

(1) In Chapter 15 of "When I Was A Child In Ferrol" ("The Movies") I have replaced another poor-quality movie clip of child movie star Marisol and I have added a medium-quality clip of the first nine minutes of her movie, "Ha Llegado Un Ángel" (1961) plus I have introduced a new HD clip from the same movie.
