Just curious where you came up with the dimensions 728x98? Old time banner ads usually had the dimensions of 468×60...

I guess it just gave me a bit more room to work with. I was thinking of doing multiple different sizes, though, so I might add a 468x60 ad (or just change the old one, since nobody's submitted anything yet)

You are correct voov, personal sites do not qualify. And I suppose on the surface Bill's World Wide Boutique appears to be some kid's personal site... However once one begins to immerse one's self in the whole experience I would hope one would begin to realise that maybe this is entirely something else. Perhaps even to the extent one begins to doubt the reality they are in. lol, I hope for too much :)

You hit the nail on the head. The revival series of Doctor was being produced by BBC Wales and filmed in Cardiff and they were poking fun at themselves with these little meta references.

I really love this site so far, it really reminds me of the times when I would browse the official BBC Doctor Who website (that would be a lot) when I was younger, I'm sure I'll also be browsing this one a lot!

Thanks, owlman. This site is sort of stuck where it was abonadoned when I originally had to take it down. I'm working on finishing the pages in the guide now. Someday I might even get done. Right now the links all point to pages on the internet archive... I may one day get around to updated a few of them. Thank you so much for your interest.

I found the original Yahooshitties 404 page: https://web.archive.org/web/20001006224253/http://geocities.com/Area51/ and reworked mine from the ground up keeping as much of the base as I could!

I got a clean copy from The GeoCities MIDI Collection by ArchiveTeam. The file extension was .mid but it was actually an HTML file missing the images. That HTML file was the GeoCities 404 page from 2000, here it is on Archive.org fully intact: https://web.archive.org/web/20000607140016/http://www.geocities.com/not_found.html

One more thing, that Yahoo popup wasn't in my version of the 404 page. Instead, it would redirect to the GeoCties homepage in 15 seconds.
