I seriously feel like jumping around! I'm so happy to be back here again! ^_^ Sadly, soon after my motor started running, I realized "oh, jeez, I need to get to bed soon," but I'm excited to get to work again in the near future. <3

Hello, all, one final announcement - I'll be unfollowing all sites on here for the reason I mentioned before, which is that Neocities' feed feature is just too much for me. I wanted to say something before doing this, because I didn't want anyone to think it was personal! You all still have my support. I just need to declutter and make this a more workable space for myself. Thank you for understanding.

On a similar note, I will unfortunately be removing most (if not all) websites from my Links that aren't archived Yoshi sites. :( This also is not personal. I'm doing this purely because I anticipate kids will come across my site someday, and I don't want to take chances with them finding a site like, say, Twitter or Tumblr before they're ready. Should I ever make another Neocities site besides this one, I absolutely plan to re-link everyone there! But for this site, which is very much a family-oriented project, I want to be as careful as I possibly can (even if it is overkill; I'm a worrywart). Thank you again for understanding. I will continue supporting you all from the sidelines, as I did before I began following folks on here! Thank you.

Heya, folks. After some thinking, I've come to the realization that having my Neocities "profile" enabled is a big hinderance for me to come back and work on the site. Having a "timeline" is too stressful, not knowing who's following TYC is stressful, and ultimately, it makes me feel more like I'm working for an audience rather than working on my passion project. I also pressure myself into announcing things I plan on doing or want to do with the site, which is actually proven to make you less likely to follow through with said plans! But, as I always assure everyone, TYC isn't going to die, and it's not closing down. Next time I come on here, I'm going to disable my profile, because I think that will help me immensely in beating this burnout. (continued)

TL;DR: I'm disabling my Neocities site profile, but fret not! After I do that, TYC will return to business as usual. I just don't have the best relationship with the social media-esque features on here. Thank you all very much for your interest and support in this site! When it comes back, it'll be better than ever as I'll have returned rested and refreshed. Take care, everybody!

Well as long as this channel of communication is open I just want to say that I love your site, and that I agree that you should do whatever you need/want to in order to make running it not feel like a chore. I would say not to worry about adhering to any sort of timeline, but since my site updates roughly once a year I might not be the best person to give advice. Either way, take it easy.

We probably weren't meant to see that page, yet, but for the record, the picture of the Yoshi Village is from the 'Super Mario Adventures' comic intially published in Nintendo Power.

ACK... All the parts of the site I'm happiest with look kinda sorta terrible in other screen resolutions. x_x I really hope there's something I can do about that.
