Yeah, not just hosted websites, but I couldn't get to Neocities at all for a while `:| Luckily it seems to have solved that now.

obsidian as in the notes(?) app?

@drinkmoretea yep!!! i saw a video abt it recently that distilled it down to 'i needed a very simple, barebones, not bogged down in plugins thing to keep notes about my learning of softwares' aka unreal engine and blender and im like ... WAO... thats me ... so i began to look into it

i promise its a fun rabbithole to be in lol

i started with notion and only found out about obsidian later, but it looked way more complicated so i just stuck with notion lmao

i'm probably the most primitive obsidian user ever (only uses it as a means of writing txt notes without linking them together)

obsidian!! i use it to write my site but the links dont match ahh linking is awkward but it works

i tried obsidian once... wasn't for me lol, ironically it felt way too complicated

ironically obsidian is less complicated than notion for me, but notion i get distracted with making things look nice where as with obsidian i just … write. i end up using notion more for just tracking things that need databases like … honestly all my commissions i’ve gotten over the years :P or boring income stuff like commissions

funnily enough notion has also never worked for me! i tried using it for my first semester in uni, ended up never using it - I just use onenote now haha.
