I sometimes consider hitting that option that hides the /site part and will just bring people to your website if they try to get to your activity feed. Coupled with updating my bookmark to just go to the /edit site page. Might be something worth trying.

If it helps, I feel the same. Twitter gives me severe anxiety and I really don’t want this place to become that again.
I'm sure stuff like this will get stomped out pretty quickly, it's just people being petty, I've just been keeping to my website and those I follow, don't let shitty people discourage you
