Gosh that's a hard question; I could recommend so many things! Umm...maybe The Talking Heads, or Pere Ubu? Or if you are asking about the site specifically it reminds me a lot of Payday, so perhaps the payday main menu music?

based on the genres u list and songs u like, try "Image" by Magdalena Bay. Just listened to the album its off of the other day, and i feel like it's a sort of dreamy and lite hyperpop
