sorry for walking into your house and talking about myself, but i wanted to answer your question! i was drawn to mechie because i thought that was the major for people who wanted to fix problems mechanically, doing math & physics & engaging with the physical world; alas, that is not what the major is, and so i've started on my long journey to work on aengineering which connect back to those values i sought initially!

i so agree w all your thoughts on secret of the mimic omg. i would LOVE to see a franchise more centered on the old fnaf playstyle with vanny, rather than the big open-ness(?) of the mimic. i do think it's fiona's spirit inside the mimic and that she's being set up as a villain but....idk man.. it didnt feel very fnaf-y to me lol

TRULY THOUGH!!! i feel genuinely sad that i know that vanny is going to be the main "big bad" of future games.... i can hope and dream but... what an interesting and awesome character honestly!!!
