(ahem) "Nature-Boy Ken-Bo" here. No worries, Joppie. That li'l feller will be just fine. If his sisters and bros took off like ya say, then he's the 'runt'. The runt is always a fighter! If I heard it's call I could tell ya what it is. Looks like a juvenile robin, but way wrong colors. Could be a sparrow or perhaps a mockingbird, but can't tell it's size. Looks like that feller liked ya! He's smilin' for the pic! :)

Hi Joppie, one day I saw a fat little mockingbird in pinfeathers moving about in the shrubs. I tried to catch it so that I could save it from the cats. I noticed the baby's mother, so I backed off. What happened next astounded me, and I don't blame you if you don't believe me. The mother flew down, picked up the baby, and with great effort (a big dip in the middle of the flight) she carried it to a distant tree.

(cont): Yeah, mine started at a convention center: 'neo-folks first meet'. You all know me & vice-versa. Then leaked out to a sort of 'block-party' neighborhood somehow (like here). Something about folks at particular houses. Something was going on. Have more details, but maybe for later. Just odd similarity, man.

Will be reworking the vehicles.html. Somebody said they have better pics of some of my long-gone rides. Plus, this dude wants to trade me his '70 Chev Nova for some stuff. It's clean, but mostly oldschool orig. Not really up-to-date in ways I don't like; ie: carb, points, suspension, brakes, et al. Dunno.

Sorry for the clutter, Joppie. Yup, the dude couldn't (or has yet to) come up with a proper title for that Nova. Doesn't mean anything apart from his idea of a 'new engine' versus the cost it takes for a 'replaced one' to be registered. He should know better. Have a good one, man!

Ok, ok... Here we call that Smoked Sausage or Kielbasa. The skinless is pre-packed and we joke about it while making a grociery list by saying; "Want some Skinless-Boneless Sausages?". HA!!! The Mustang Grande was not my kind of "real" project keeper car. A TON of "bondo", if you get me and VERY CHEAP paint job (FREE!). But, anyway; about following. Cars in europe are different! Stick shift is standard, not automatic. I rarely see muscle cars. I don't really have that much favorites and I only have driven in the driving practice car, but I think I like Volvo's. And electric cars, they can accelerate really fast and lack exhaust and I hope they get better and better. When I was a child I loved jaguars, aston martins, the mazda's from the 90s and the dodge viper.

I catch ya, Joppie. Yup, I've kept tabs on several european vehiles. Older Jags, Mercedes, et al. Even the newer Black Cabs! There was no money in electri-cars back in 1900. Sad. I agree; hope they get better also. They will (in our lifetimes) I'm sure (and I'm old!).

Been hunting for pics of cars I've had. They're pretty "buried". You know how photos go. I even fired up my old Win95 600X400 comp, and those pics are tiny compared to today's standards. Yeah, with dial-up back then ya had to make pics small and net friendly. Anyway, I'll try updating that vehicles.html. Is there anything specific you'd like me to add ? I'd really like to update it for you as well as fam & friends.

I owned that one briefly because I drove my '64 Impala more at the time. Chevelle was in great shape, so I wanted to flip it for college money. It had low miles, orig, and I drove it often but no pics (I think?). I'll look, tho. It was blue/blue, no SS and only a 307. Wasn't ready to sell, but somebody made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Then, I got this li'l 318 Dart which was awesome. THEN somebody bought my '64...

I generally have no regrets, but I really liked those particular 3 rides. You don't see 'em like that anymore, and can't buy 'em for what I paid for 'em then EITHER !!! I've got a lot to do outside, but will keep looking for pics, dude. Cool-cool! :)
