Started reading the first of the Iron Druid Chronicles today. Read better, but not as bad as some Urban Fantasy I've read. I think that the main character is able to defeat enemies too easily.

Was going to order some paint from the catalogue company, but not when it's shades of grey (boring!) and £20 more than what I'd spend at a regular shop.... Nope, nope, nope! (Hate grey as a decorating colour. Don't see the appeal of it.) pottery in my partner's parents' home which we both detested. I think if I'd known years later that I would dislike grey as a decorating colour, I would have gone with the blue. However, the room isn't all grey so it's not that bad.
Wanted the main part of it done, so I could move furniture back into it's original position but it won't be there because the job ain't done. So if there's any moaning tonight that we can't watch a dvd, it ain't /my/ fault!
