Update: It has come to my knowledge that there is at least one person who have gained access to the content of the locked PDF file, it remains to be seen if the password was obtained legitimate. The content of the PDF is useless if you have obtained the password in an illegitimate way.

I tested the strings on different decryption websites, and I noticed they decrypt only partly the message. Either way, I used this site for all the strings, so this works as intended with the correct keys: https://aesencryption.net/

No, I don't think you can log in. Unless fauux is using a javascript encripted page, you can't do logging in on neocities without PhP.
