i REALLY want to draw a background that fades between different times of day, kind of like animal crossing. i also want to add some small "games" and back and forths (rather than the simple type X and get Y back).

https://devils.neocities.org/about is now pretty solid content-wise, so it's going to replace my old about page on the index. despite not nearly being close the final vision i have, i think its better than a 7 year old about page i had to murk for being cringe.

https://freesound.org/ and also https://pixabay.com/ has a free sound effects section but it's more photo oriented
