Wanted to comment something on your last update but struggling to word it. Basically: Something similar happened to me earlier this year (screams&shouts) and yes it really is worth so much to get that cold clarity closure dousing, even if you've also got to stew in your own embarassment after.. WHO CARES IT IS GOOD TO BE FEELING..!

it is ultimately fulfilling to be feeling the full spectrum of things... and the bonus feeling of indestructibility after having survived the embarrassment of the friend seeing whatever he saw me say about him (so curious but ultimately not my business) is a fun(ny) thing too
