Your to-play list is already quite long, but maybe you'd also be interested in Planetarian: The Reverie of a Little Planet. It's only about 2 hours long and really manages to feel melancholic + tug heartstrings in that short time, I found that pretty impressive.

And I only mention this because you mention having liked Katawa Shoujo, another 4chan-produced romantic free-to-play VN: Snoot Game. It's good enough for me to recommend, but with the heavy disclaimer that early on in the game's story, the game's chan origins are pretty visible.
