no advice but I definitely experienced this when I was younger, it's really hard. sorry you're dealing with this
i have ocd/ptsd combo and i did emdr therapy a few years and it helped ENORMOUSLY, not gone entirely bc it never will be, but it really helped retrain my repetitive thinking. cant recommend it enough!
