Has anyone here had success managing their OCD? I have the compulsive repeating distressing thoughts kind, which cause mental burnout, anger, and depression.

i have ocd/ptsd combo and i did emdr therapy a few years and it helped ENORMOUSLY, not gone entirely bc it never will be, but it really helped retrain my repetitive thinking. cant recommend it enough!
