EP0ADD1::"In the wake of the activity of the interlopers, some thoughtforms in deeper slumber have awoken." - visible only after meeting the unknown entity. minor update that wraps up some initial episode stuff i wanted! the next large content update will be some ways out but i intend to add little things like this in the meantime

(further scaling improvements! the previous cutoff was something like 1200x800, it's now down to 800x600)
(also no longer says your rendering device is 'weak' damn that was kinda cold wasn't it)
