can someone explain to me why, if you click on a neocities page, it sometimes takes them to their page’s index right away and not their front-page on neocities? Where you can follow them etc?

some people have their neocities profiles disabled & you just can't follow em
ohhhh
you can't seem to block them either, which seems to be a pretty glaring defect
