fwiw, I enjoyed the format of this post even though it wasn't what you were intending. I also had an intense January for different personal reasons but same world events reasons as you. I am glad my words were a help. And I'm excited about zine therapy! I may do one. :)

Thanks for the good feedback! I had intended it to be a month in review like "here's what I did" but it ended up being "here's what I thought about" and I can see how that is more relatable! I'll keep that in mind for future posts too. :)

thanks for writing!!! your blog is super interesting and a great place to get hit over the head with things i've overlooked (and then i can look stuff up on my own!). intersexism is way too prevalent in queer spaces and you deserve to complain about it!!!

well i hope you got the sims complete collection no-cd crack from my "running the sims 1 on windows 10/11" guide while you could because EA just put the game up on steam and it not only doesn't work but it makes the computer run slower.

yeah it's for 6th-gen consoles and it sucks pretty bad. its sequel "the sims bustin out" is way better.

I've learned that the only way you can really know what gives you purpose is by doing things and observing what fits you right. I had intense thoughts past year about how pointless whatever it is I was doing was and how others had a much more meaningful life. I don't quite know what causes it but jealousy is probably a big factor (for me atleast).

Feeling hopelessness, that you're just doomed to have a meaningless, under fulfilling life. But since then, I've been excited about a lot of things that are to come and I don't feel that way anymore, the hopelessness. Now I'm optimistic about my life and am trying to figure things out and see what brings me meaning and happiness. Wishing the best for you <3
