Hi, I've been reading you, your post about giving up software engineering, you are probably too harsh on yourself, but you seem very worried about your resume and so, get into FOSS development on your free time :D won't pay shit, but you could probably find personally rewarding projects that really helps people, and if anything else, it goes to your resume :P (on another note, let me know if you have an 88x31 button)

thank you for reading, and for your thoughts! i have contributed a very small amount to open source, and definitely plan on doing more, but it will be just for my own satisfaction. I am serious about giving up!

I use photopea.com, create a 88x31 image and use the resize tool to fit stuff inside of it, and ezgif.com if I want to animate a sequence of images

I use secure browsers so they don't even run those scripts. I checked the code and it was some adblock bypass, sending data to shady domains, fingerprinting, and redirecting to other suspicious looking domain

Metaphorical minutes. Teachers see it. Wisdom, decorum, etc aren’t really celebrated so who cares? I’m not a failure I raised my kid right who do you think you are don’t tell me how to raise my child.

The Big Cookie Jar needs your location and ID to be sure you are not a kid being groomed, if you turn off the connection you won't get a cookie.
