regarding headaches at night: you may want to check if you do sleep apnea, you can also get a CO2 detector to check the levels where you sleep (it's particularly a problem in winter as we close everything to keep the warmth inside)

my favorite for this update has gotta be embrace. despite the explicit disgust, frustration, and hesitance, the writer still honors the sense of obligation to something ugly, wet, dying and yet not dead. bridging the physical gap invites the question of when it will be our turn as the animal. it's comforting to me that there is somebody compassionate to witness the undoing

honestly i don't really plan out my pages?? i usually just look at what i have now, think of things id like to change, and go from there. sometimes i look at templates for inspiration, and make something similar, but a lot of times i just design pages impulsively. good luck on your own redesign at least <3
