for webrings, there is usually an application on the webring page if its open! idk about cliques though

I found the fake ads off of Picmix, Tumblr and Pinterest by searching things like "Banner", "Advert", "Popup", "Webcore", "Moe", etc.., https://chezimu.neocities.org/moebanner , and you can also find some on visual novel websites like https://key.visualarts.gr.jp/ Hope this helps :3 , you can also download the fake ads from my index if you'd like!! ^_^
