tumblr has asks so they can be anonymous or not! idk any others besides telloynm (but idk if thats still even around?) it might just be best to use a guestbook site like atabook

I use IShoutBox it’s great u can customise the hell out of it. Chattable is also good tho I’m less familiar with it
