anyway ig i'll get back to social media weeks later cuz thats the only way to keep in touch with my friends but hope i wont get a unhealthy habit again
i deleted all the socials off my phone (besides insta because its still my #1 form of communicating with friends) and i genuinely feel so much better about the way i use my time

so i dont think anyone notice but i deactivated my facebook and instagram accounts for a hiatus days ago and i do feel much fresher rn
for the past few days ive been literaly doing my very own stuff instead of doom scrolling and i feel more productive too
well aside from building some pages im also making some artworks ive wanted to make
(and trying to fix my sleeping schedule cuz i sleep for 12hrs a day now it feels rlly bad)
