In the future, all of these laserdisc game posts might get edited together into a features page. I feel like I'm cross-comparing them and talking about the genre overall too much for them to get dumped and buried in the game-specific pages.

Back in the early days of G4 TV I think, I remember watching footage of people playing Dragon's Lair. I didn't catch the flashing you mentioned, and overall I remember being incredibly confused how these games even worked. Enlightening!

I'm so hyped about laserdisc games right now- I can't believe I made it so far into this blog without really going on about them, a play session of Dragon's Lair II non-withstanding.

@gonnefishin Yes, I'd been hoping for an easy way to play Time Gal for years, and Taito did some HD remasters of their laserdisc games for switch! It doesn't disappoint.
