@puddingpudds Thank you! We’re fighting a giant spider with blades strapped to its legs tonight; I bought some dice with tiny fruit designs that I’m excited to break in!

I always thought I was underestimating blinx as a game and that it needed more love from everyone... until I tried playing it again on a stream once. It was very clunky, had framerate issues, and I honestly don't know how they expected children to enjoy it alongside adults... It's a bit complicated

@gonnefishing I think Blinx is interesting, but am not sure that I like it- past all that you list, I keep dying from camera angles hiding enemies, too.

This is just some placeholder update work, so I didn't have to worry about getting up early to set up my November pages tomorrow. Happy Halloween, everyone!

That's such an obscure game! I never knew such a thing existed, I really should look more into japanese exclusive games.

@puddingpudds Ah, I taught English in Japan for a few years, and I'd pick up ultra-cheap PS1 games at used shops as a "treat to myself" kind of thing. A lot of them are really interesting! I'll try to post about more of them.

Ooooooh! Please tell me if you enjoy Monster Sanctuary! I played the demo a long time ago, it was enjoyable! but now I'm very iffy about buying it,,,

@puddingpudds I will do my best to remember! I really like the cat monster I got, so I want to level them up at least a bit, but can see the slow pace getting tiring, too.
