I can relate... I just try and focus on the things that work for me, the little things I take an interest in (like working on my Neocities site) and build on that.

You're not alone for isolation: atomization and resultant anomie are as common as cement nowadays. Don't search for meaning; it'll find you when you're ready. At your age, I was utterly aimless. Travel a bit at your convenience and meet people. Spend some time with your family. Even if you can't connect with anyone, your experiences might revive and inspire you.
