custom cursors wont work in the webring iframe or last.fm widget since they are hosted elsewhere but just ignore tht

the padding at the top of my guestbook was driving me bonkers so i changed it to open in a new tab instead of in my iframe. a little less convenient but better for my sanity lol

side nav bars tend to allow more room stacked vertically, but when there's only a few buttons top navs are very pretty IMO!
i have one site with each haha. i think it depends on the overall layout/content, and how much work you want to put into supporting mobile.
