i havent been updating cuz ive been waiting for my package to arrive to do that. the package isnt stopping me from anything i just set an invisible rule for myself for no reason.

for some reason one of my webring thingies hides some of my site elements when it loads (the code under the webring code??) which renders some of the things unusable on my site for like a minute or two. does anyone have any tips how to prevent this. i've got enough of it.

one of my solutions is making it position:absolute, putting the webring thing under all the code. but that feels too much.
