As someone who also turned 18 this year, I think that going from 17 to 18 doesn't necessarily makes you an adult, but is more like a transition until adulthood, so don't pressure yourself, man!

Hi! I'm 24, and I just wanted to say that most older people are going to continue treating you like a kid until you're well into your 20s. I think that the internet really makes the difference between 17 and 18 seem more pronounced than it is. I was worried about the same stuff back then. There's no rush. Take things at your own pace. :)
